IZotope RX 9 Audio Editor *Sorts some sound issues that Final Cut Pro can’t. Permute Will pretty much convert anything to anything. Loopback & SoundSource *Use these to route audio from apps to and from Final Cut Pro when recording SFX, Voice over etc. This will up-res it using AI and the results are impressive. Topaz Video Enhance AI *You need to punch in on some footage but it’s not great quality. Buttons for things I’ve often forgotten the keyboard shortcuts to. Especially when used in tandem with keyboard maestro. Streamdeck *This requires hardware but I’ve found it ridiculously useful. (This app translates Final Cut Pro X Library XML (fcpxml) and converts it for import into Adobe's Creative Cloud apps, Premiere Pro CS6, Final Cut Pro 6 or 7, or other applications.) (X2Pro Audio Convert takes your FCP X XML and creates an AAF with embedded or referenced audio media which Avid Pro Tools can open as a session, delivering ’eamless integration between the two applications.) Expensive but I’’e not been charged for any updates since buying it. X2Pro Audio Convert *Don’t often need it but when I do I Really need it. I only use it for slimming libraries before archiving them. Here are some ones I’ve found useful, some I haven’t and some ones I’m still looking for: Software / Companion Apps I likeįinal Cut Pro Library Manager - *Pretty essential. There was a post about companion apps that was great but I wanted to find out what apps you are all using with Final Cut Pro.
